Order Tracking Feature Available

EBOS Healthcare now offers a feature on our online ordering platform that enhances transparency regarding the progress of your delivery.

How to Use the Order Tracking Feature:

  1. Visit your account dashboard.
  2. Navigate to the Order History section.
  3. Look for the "Tracking No" line under each order.
  4. Click the tracking number to access the transport provider’s website and monitor your order.

By clicking on your tracking code, you can track the progress of your order in real-time. For detailed instructions, please refer to the updated Web User Manual.
