Granudacyn Wound Irrigation Gel 500mL

Granudacyn® Wound Gel is used for cleansing and moisturising acute, chronic and contaminated wounds, as well as for first and second degree burns. In its gel form, it can also be used on radiation ulcer, fistulas and abscesses, cavities such as ear, nose and throat, critically colonised wounds and soft tissue injuries. It can further be used to moisten the wound dressing and loosen encrusted wound dressings.
