MESI Integration with Best Practice

We value your trust in the MESI Diagnostic System and the benefits it has brought to your patients and practice. Since launch, we’ve covered the cost of integration with Best Practice Patient Management software, ensuring your clinic runs efficiently and economically.

Over the past 18 months, we have invested heavily in hardware and software upgrades to enhance connectivity, security, and compatibility. These improvements ensure your practice continues to benefit from seamless integration.

To sustain these services, we will be introducing a fee-for-use model from 1 September 2025.

 

Key Updates

Service Fee Introduction

From 1 September 2025, a service fee of $250 every 6 months will apply for the MESI mTablet Connect integration service.  This equates to approximately $41 per month, or just $1.36 per day.

This is set well below typical industry integration costs and is simply designed to cover the ongoing investment in providing secure and reliable solutions.

 

Opt-In Process

You must be logged in to submit this form. If you are logged in and still cannot post, make sure "Do not track" in your browser settings is disabled.
I opt in (MESI best practice) and confirm that I am an authorised person for the account listed in this application and have full authority to act on the account holder’s behalf.

Service Access Deadline

Clinics that have not opted in by 1 October 2025 will no longer have access to integration services.

What Happens Next

  • Opt-In Confirmation: You’ll receive further instructions via email and directly on your MESI mTablet.
  • Billing: Once opted in, billing will occur bi-annually. Your first invoice will be issued following confirmation.

If You Do Not Opt In

You will still be able to use all MESI device functions. However, integration with Best Practice will no longer be automatic.

Instead, results will need to be printed manually via the PDF print function and stored in the Best Practice patient record.
