The 3M™ Littmann® CORE Digital Stethoscope is designed with an outstanding acoustic performance, providing up to 40x amplification for effective heart sound detection in giving accurate diagnostics to adult and paediatric patients.
The active noise cancellation feature reduces unwanted background sounds while ensuring that the heart and lung sounds of the patient are specified well. Its connectivity to the Eko software enables the waveforms of heart sound to be visualised and shared without hitches, making it useful in clinical practice.
Tunable, dual-sided, stainless steel chest-piece designed for adaptability to allow versatility in auscultation with a simple rotation. Soft-sealing ear tips offer optimal comfort and excellent sound passage to the ears.
