Peak Foldable Bedside Crash Mat is used to minimise injury from falls from a bed. This Foldable Bedside Safety Crash Mat can be placed on the floor next to either side of the bed to assist in preventing injuries to patients rolling out of bed, especially where side rails cannot be used. Ideally the bed should be positioned on a low height setting to further minimise injury from a fall.

The Safety Crash Mat features a reflective strip to minimise tripping during low light visibility. There are three sections of safety foam covered by hinged nylon to enable folding for easy storage.  The cover can be wiped using a cloth for cleaning.  The base of the cover is  textured to create a non slip surface particularly when downward pressure is applied.  It can still be easily moved on any surface for repositioning.
