Components & function:
PanOptic Basic LED Ophthalmoscope is intended to be used by clinicians and medically qualified personnel for examination of the retina, cornea, aqueous, lens and vitreous of the eye under illumination and magnification on pediatric and adult patients. The ophthamoscope has a 20X larger viewing area, when compared to the view through a standard ophthalmoscope. Long-lasting LED lamps are also implemented to enhance eye exams. The PanOptic basic ophthalmoscope is compatible with 3.5 V power sources or may be paired with the Lithium Ion Plus power handle for increased efficiency.
MacroView Basic LED Otoscope is intended to be used by clinicians and medically qualified personnel for examination of the external ear, ear canal, and tympanic membrane under illumination and magnification on pediatric and adult patients. The MacroView otoscope offers a 3X larger viewing area for ear exams when compared to views through a standard or pocket otoscope.
The Lithium-Ion Rechargeable power handle is intended for use as a power source for all Welch Allyn standard 3.5V instrument heads.
