How to Find Your Invoice

Welcome to our new users of our ordering platform!
To assist you in navigating the essential features of your Account Dashboard, we have provided a comprehensive guide to help you utilise our website seamlessly.
 
Follow These Three Simple Steps:
  1. Please log into your Online Account

2. To access your Account Dashboard, click on My Account in the top right menu to display the account dashboard.

3. Select Order History to see each invoices.

Downloading Your Invoice

In your Account Dashboard, click on the blue "Download Invoice" button (see image below).
You can then save or print your invoice as needed.

Tracking an Order

If you wish to track the progress of your order, this section will provide you with the necessary information. Upon receipt of your order, an order confirmation number will be assigned and displayed. Once the status of your order changes to In Progress, this will be indicated here.
 
Once dispatched, a tracking number will appear, allowing you to monitor the progress of your order with the freight carrier. This will include an estimated arrival date. Upon delivery, the date and time of delivery will also be recorded.
