SPONGOSTAN™ Absorbable Haemostatic Gelatin Sponge is a sterile, water-insoluble, malleable absorbable sponge made from porcine gelatin. It is intended for haemostatic use by application to a bleeding surface where local control of bleeding is required, in accordance with clinical judgement and the product instructions for use.
Off-white and porous in appearance, SPONGOSTAN™ is designed to conform to the application site and support local haemostasis during appropriate surgical or clinical procedures. This pack contains 20 SPONGOSTAN™ Anal Sponges.
