Adaptic Touch Dressing is a flexible, open-mesh silicone wound contact layer designed for use as a primary dressing in the management of a range of wound types. Its soft silicone contact surface helps reduce adherence to the wound bed and secondary dressing, supporting atraumatic removal and improved patient comfort during dressing changes.
The open mesh structure allows exudate to pass through to an appropriate secondary dressing, helping support fluid management and reducing the likelihood of fluid pooling at the wound surface. The dressing also allows visibility of the wound beneath, which may assist clinicians with wound assessment without unnecessary disturbance. Adaptic Touch Dressing can be cut to size and may be used under medical supervision with negative pressure wound therapy where clinically appropriate.
