The 3M™ Kerramax Care™ Super-Absorbent Dressing is designed to absorb high amounts of wound exudate. Incorporating advanced Exu-Safe™ technology within their core, the Kerramax dressings secure exudate, bacteria, and MMPs, creating an optimal environment for wound healing. The unique wicking layer evenly distributes fluid both horizontally and vertically throughout the dressing, utilising the full absorption capacity. They are soft, conformable, and foldable, making them easy to apply using either side of the dressing. Additionally, they are suitable for use under compression and can be left in place for up to 7 days.
