The Osmocel® Si Silicone Hydroporous Foam is an all-in-one dressing that protects both skin and wound tissues, with its adhesive free backing and enhanced moisture vapour transmission rate, that increases possible wear time. The dressing is suitable for superficial wounds with light to moderate exudate, arterial, diabetic and venous leg ulcers, skin tears, and for pressure injuries, partial thickness burns and surgical wounds.

The Osmocel® Si Dressing has a polyurethane foam layer, that maintains an optimal moist wound protective layer, and is also super-absorbent, to manage exudate, and decreasing unnecessary dressing changes.
