Osmocel® Hydroporous Foam is a double-layered wound dressing comprising a white polyurethane foam wound contact layer backed with a skin-toned polyurethane film support layer. It absorbs exudate to provide a moist wound interface, and its moisture vapour transmission properties combined with fluid absorption capacity make it suitable for managing wounds with up to moderate levels of exudate. Each dressing is individually packed and sterilised by ethylene oxide.
