Mepilex® Up is a non-bordered soft silicone foam dressing with a patented dimpled foam structure that spreads fluid in multiple directions within the dressing. It has a Safetac® wound contact layer, an adhesive technology developed by Mölnlycke that allows removal without adhering to the wound bed.
