AsGUARD® Clear + Film Island wound dressing provides a low adherent and breathable absorbent pad that is permeable to moisture. As well as being flexible for areas difficult to dress, the waterproof polyurethane film allows showering with dressing in situ, and assist with unnecessary dressing changes and adds protection from infection. AsGUARD® Clear + is gentle on the skin.
