VICRYL™ Plus Suture with IRGACARE® MP (triclosan) are effective against the pathogens most commonly associated with Surgical site infections:
- Staphylococcus aureus
- Staphylococcus epidermidis
- Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA)
- Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureusepidermidis (MRSE)
Frequent use for general soft tissue approximation and/or ligation, including use in Ophthalmic procedures.
