STRATAFIX™ Spiral MONOCRYL™ Plus is an absorbable, unidirectional knotless tissue control device designed for surgical wound closure. Manufactured from poliglecaprone 25, the 2-0 undyed monofilament features a spiral anchoring design that provides multiple points of fixation along the closure line to support tissue approximation and tension management without the need for traditional knots.
This configuration includes a 70cm suture with a 36mm CT-1 taper point needle and incorporates Plus Antibacterial Technology with triclosan. The suture is absorbable, with absorption occurring over approximately 90–120 days. Supplied in a box of 12 for use by healthcare professionals in appropriate surgical wound closure procedures.
