Polysyn sutures are formulated from an undyed, braided polyglycolic acid with a smooth, low friction coating which reduces drag and increases precision. They are ideal for short term closure with 50% strength at 14 days and 20% strength at 21 day. The suture contains a 3/8 circle needle (C6) for precision reverse cutting and is disposable.
