Steriking™ Self-seal Pouch 450x300mm - The STERIKING™ see-through Self-sealable pouches are intended for use as packing material for medical devices in sterilization by steam, ethylene oxide gas, or by formaldehyde in health care establishments. The Self-seal Pouches are intended for closing tightly with adhesive strip according to the manufacturer’s instructions for use.

• The common steam sterilization conditions are 3 minutes at 134°C or 15 minutes at 121°C.
• The products are for single use only
• Constructed with high weight 70g/m2 medical grade paper and the 9 layer multi-X9 film for extra protection, the packaging provides a superior bacterial barrier and protection with moisture resistance
• 5 year recommended shelf life pre-sterilisation
• 6 months recommended shelf life post-sterilisation, in accordance with manufacturers storage instructions
• Conforms to the international product standards and norms: ISO 11607-1:2019, ISO 11607-2:2019, EN 868-5:2009 and are manufactured under ISO 13485, ISO 14001. CE mark is labelled on the transport cartons.
• Safe print design - All the indicators and text imprints are outside the packing area to avoid the risk of ink contamination
• Sealed Edges - Heat-sealed upper corners prevent dust from collecting at the opening seal which reduces the risk of contamination when opened.
• Manufacturer Traceability - Each package carries a lot code that allows traceability of the production history. The code states the year and month (YYMM).
• Strong Seals - The seal strength of Steriking™ packages are higher than the standard requirements. This eliminates bursting during autoclaving and handling.
