Vyong Neo-Help is a polyethylene occlusive suit designed specifically for newborn's under 1kg to prevent hypothermia. It is a sterile suit in which the newborn is placed in immediately after birth without drying to help with heat loss due to environmental factors.
Neo-Help has a transparent ingenious pouch to monitor the colour of the newborn's skin and breath movements. It is easy to use featuring direct access to the newborn through the open/closed central opening. Neo-Help is suitable for all situations including delivery room, place of resuscitation, emergency room, operating room and transport.
Features and Benefits:
- A double layer of polyethylene which protects from drafts. The heat loss through radiation, convection and evaporation is limited.
- A hood which limits the dispersion of heat by the head. Adjustable to the infant’s head, it does not let the air in.
- A pre-formed foam which helps to keep the baby’s airway open and provides a barrier against heat loss by conduction.
