The MESI mTABLET TBI Module is an automated Toe-Brachial Index measurement solution designed to support vascular assessment when ABI testing may be insufficient, such as in patients with incompressible arteries or extensive painful wounds. Used as part of the MESI mTABLET ecosystem, it enables a fast, guided measurement workflow with simultaneous assessment of both arms and big toes.
The system performs a simple one-step automated measurement in approximately 1 minute, using AdaptiveLED™ PPG probe technology and the FirstWave™ algorithm to assist with precision in low-perfusion conditions. Results, waveforms and reports can be digitally stored and synced with compatible EHR systems, supporting review, referral and ongoing vascular care pathways.
