Clinical Waste Bags are made to withstand substance that equates to 55L due to its material of a mixture of a low linear density polyethylene, high density polyethylene and ethyl-butylene-polyethylene. Clinical Waste Bags have two distinct colours indicating the use of each.

Yellow = Cross infection risk

Purple = Cytotoxic risk
