BARRIER® EasyWarm® is a single-use active self-warming blanket that can be used before, during, and after surgery to reduce intra- and postoperative hypothermia. BARRIER® EasyWarm® contains 12 warming pads that are activated as soon as the patient-warming blanket is removed from its packaging and exposed to air. Within just 30 minutes, the blanket reaches operational temperature and maintains its temperature for up to 10 hours. Pre-warming the patient for 30 minutes using BARRIER EasyWarm can reduce intra- and postoperative hypothermia.
